AgCredit Hosting Succession Planning Events - January
Planning for the next farming generation involves many challenges as well as emotional issues. To help, AgCredit, Agricultural Credit Association is hosting four succession planning seminars across their 18 county territory.
The featured speaker is Dr. Ron Hanson, a recently retired professor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Hanson was raised on a family farm in Illinois and has counseled Nebraska farm families for 40 years. He helps these families resolve issues involving farm business ownership, family succession and the transfer of management control between farming generations.
